El centro se ubicará en el Polígono Industrial de Torija, frente a la autovía A2 dirección Madrid, y contará con más de 140,000 m² de capacidad, convirtiéndose en la primera apertura de una plataforma logística de Costco en Europa.
El centro cuenta con una superficie de 66.000 m2, así como la posibilidad de añadir 6.000 más y tiene unas cuentas anuales garantizadas de más de seis millones de euros.
Lighthouse Properties PLC, un fondo inmobiliario de origen sudafricano, ha cerrado la compra del centro comercial Torrecárdenas a Bogaris por 172 millones de euros. RPE y Ashurst han asesorado a Lighthouse en la adquisición y Bogaris, su promotor, ha contado con el asesoramiento de las consultoras CBRE y Savills Aguirre Newman.
