La cartera transaccionada suma cerca de 110.000 metros cuadrados de Superficie Bruta Alquilable (SBA) repartida en los 22 activos –21 están arrendados a Carrefour–.
El vehículo ha totalizado una inversión de 200 millones de euros, con una cartera de ocho grandes superficies comerciales con contratos de arrendamiento a largo plazo y operadores líderes en los sectores de la alimentación y del bricolaje-hogar.
El fondo pone a la venta SOM Multiespai (Barcelona), Zubiarte (Bilbao) y Ruta de la Plata (Cáceres), con una superficie total de 57.000 m2 y un valor conjunto de 150 millones de euros.
En 2022 se inauguraron 25 tiendas de lujo, 17 más que en 2021, ascendiendo desde el octavo al cuarto puesto por detrás del Reino Unido, Italia y Francia.
